Don’t Hold Back Face Your Fear To Achieve Success

The scariest moment is always before you start,
You have to face your fear to get past it.
And man, its not easy I know… I know.
The discomfort can be intense, painful even.

Very painful, especially the longer you run away from your fears.
Our Egos are very clever and know how to delay us, distract us and make us change our mind.
The more often we give in, the harder it gets… It’s a protective mechanism… Inappropriate and over protection? Yes.
Especially if it’s preventing you to have what you really long for.

But the Ego doesn’t care about what we want. It only cares about our survival.

And new doesn’t guarantee it. So it doesn’t like new things;

they are the unknown and potentially lethal – ?

I know it’s silly but we can’t help it. It’s subconscious.

All we can do it learn to go for it despite the fear,
try it out no matter what and it will get better.
The discomfort will ease and if we keep at it, don’t give into the temptation of giving up

(because let’s face it, we will be tempted)

Success is inevitable.
You can only “really fail” if you never give up.

Despite x numbers of failures,
We only value and remember achieving your goal and/or milestones to it.

We know there were bumps on the road but they really just fade away overtime.

For example, you don’t count at how many times a child falls before he/she can walk,

You’d only value the fact he/she masters the skill. Wouldn’t you?

So let’s always try to do something we really want to do or that would make our desires more achievable to us.

Because if you get past the fear and keep going, success is guaranteed.

Isn’t that worth it?

It is to me…

Especially when sometimes we realize, just how exciting it really was after all.
